Manufacturing:

  • Experimental and numerical investigations on drilling induced delamination in carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) and glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP).

  • Experimental investigations on TIG, MIG and Hybrid TIG-MIG Welded joint for different types of steels.

  • Design and development of horizontal band saw machine for fettling of gating system from aluminium casted wheel to improve safety, product quality and reduce worker fatigue and production time. (Project sponsored by Capricon Motors Private Limited, Pune. AY 2017-18)​​

  • Design, manufacturing and installation of a door manipulator at door fitment on fabrication line for TATA 709 cab. (Project sponsored by TATA Motors, Pune. AY 2013-14)

Agriculture:

  • Design and development of a system for production of biodegradable products from agricultural waste. 

  • Design and development of agricultural equipment for ploughing, sowing and seed coating.

Waste Management:

  • Mr. Bin- A smart trash segregation gadget that gives the user ettiquets points for effective waste separation.​

  • Design and development of a floating solid waste collection mechanism for river cleaning.

Renewable Energy:

  • Design, fabrication and testing of savonius maglev wind turbine.

  • Design and development of hybrid wind-solar street lamp.
